My father, AJ, boasts over 25 years of experience in the food industry. We relocated to the United States approximately 20 years ago. At the age of 13, I, Sam, developed a keen interest in the food industry and began working alongside my father. Fast forward to 2019, my father and I made the decision to create our own spice blend, allowing everyone to easily prepare Mediterranean dishes in their own kitchen.
